Summerfield will be selling individual heart shaped Valentine Cookies made by Stephen's Farm House for $4.00 a piece. All proceeds will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association. If you are interested in purchasing a cookie please call our community at 530-755-3850 and we would be happy to take your order. We appreciate all your support and hope to see you all soon!
