iNaturalist Bioblitz on the Gray Lodge Wildlife Area, 3207 Rutherford Rd., Gridley (95948). Join the CA Department of Fish and Wildlife as we celebrate Biodiversity Week on the Gray Lodge Wildlife Area. In late summer the changing habitat entices migratory wildlife to this oasis of fresh food and new places to rest. You can help contribute to the scientific species list for Gray Lodge using the iNatualist website/app by cataloguing the incredible biodiversity on this property. Details
The Area is open sunrise to sunset, with a daily entry permit requirement. Visit https://wildlife.ca.gov/licensing/lands-pass for details.
Additionally, there is an on-site registration requirement for all public use. The registration kiosk is located in Parking Lot # 14, 2.5-miles west of the entrance intersection (Pennington Rd/Rutherford Rd).
