Event Description

Enjoy the night with pairing an exciting multi-course meal with the Wines that Rock from the Wagner Family Winery.

Opening Act:

Grilled Scallops skewers, seasoned with Nori, Ginger, and a Yuzu Aioli. Paired with Conundrum White

Acoustic Set:

Grilled Corn Salad with roasted Peppers and Arugula. Topped with Feta Cheese and served with Lemon Vinaigrette. Paired with Sea Sun Chardonnay

Greatest Hits:

Roasted Prime Rib served with Au Jus, a compound Herb Butter and accompanied by a Smoked Gouda Risotto. Paired with Bonanza Cabernet

Encore:

Raspberry White Chocolate Tart. Paired with Sea Sun Pinot Noir
