Event Description

Enjoy the night with pairing an exciting multi-course meal with the Bushmills Whiskey portfolio.

Menu:

Opening Act - Potato Colcannon soup with crispy leeks and a smoked brassica oil.

Acoustic Set - Toasted soda bread topped with an apricot cream cheese, smoked salmon, cucumber, and chives.

Greatest Hits - Lamb confit, served with lemon fingerling potato, roasted Brussels sprout, with a stewed carrot reduction and pickled mustard seed.

Encore - Guinness chocolate cake with a sweet whiskey sauce.

We will be serving a set menu, so if you have any dietary restrictions please be sure to inform us in advance so that we can make an accommodation.
