Come join us in a Community Celebration for Juneteenth.This year, our Juneteenth celebration will be focused on "Health and Wellness Empowerment." We are organizing a series of engaging and educational activities to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being among individuals of all ages. With booths on nutrition, fitness, mindfulness stations, and community health screenings; our event aims to empower participants to prioritize their health and adopt sustainable lifestyle practices thanks to organizations such as Adventist Health, Blue Zone Project, Peach Tree Clinic, First 5 Yuba City, and many more. Free food and entertainment will be provided to the community as well.
In addition to promoting health and wellness, our Juneteenth celebration serves as a fundraising opportunity to support the educational aspirations of local graduating high school students in Yuba City and Marysville.
