Join us for an amazing evening featuring 4 courses from our culinary team paired with cocktails from the Hennessy portfolio.
First Course: Char Siu Pork Bell, Braised Peanuts, and Garlic Soy Wok Fried Edamame
Second Course: Steamed Alaskan King Crab with Lemon Soy Beurre Blanc, Shimeji Mushroom and Toasted Garlic
Itermezzo: Strawberry Grand Marnier Sorbet
Entree: Braised Muscovy Duck Leg with Narural Reduction, Yukari Plum Wine Glaze, Satsuma Imo Puree and Choi Sum
Dessert: Coffee Pot de Creme
