Description:
Mental Health First Aid is training for individuals in assisting someone experiencing a crisis. This crisis could be depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, substance abuse, or some other mental illness. You will learn a proven method to listen and provide assistance to friends, coworkers and family members experiencing such crises, until you are able to get them to professional help.
