Back in the day, all we had was Ted Mack and The Original Amateur Hour. With the proliferation of talent shows these days like American Idol, Dancing with Our Stars, The Voice, Last Comic Standing and many more, Yuba Sutter Arts felt it was time for an all-inclusive, all talents welcome home town version to showcase Yuba-Sutter’s finest.
With that in mind, Yuba Sutter Arts is proud to announce it first ever, Virtual Amateur Talent Show featuring gifted local performers and presenters. And by local talent, that is meant in the very broadest sense of the word because all talents are welcome. Suggested categories include Storytelling, Comedy, Gymnastics, Juggling, Instrumental Music, Singing, Theater, Dancing, Choreography, Pet Tricks, and Reading Poetry.
The rules are really quite simple. Submit a video recording of yourself or you and your group that is no more than three minutes in length. All material must be family friendly. All ages are welcome. Individuals, duos, trios, or any size groups may submit. You must agree to allow your video to be shown on social media. Please do not submit if you are or have been a professional. We are looking for as wide a range of talent and styles as possible.

Winners will recieve a chance to receive a $25 gift card to a local restaurant, sponsored by Yuba Sutter Arts. Ten gift cards will be drawn randomly from all received submissions.
