A previous board member told me when I started this position less than a year ago, that a Chamber membership is like a Gym membership. The more you go, the more results you will see.
One of the many focus areas of our Chamber is building connections for businesses and our community. While there are many ways to do this, we work to bring people together through networking.
Networking can bring huge value and growth to not just your business, but to you personally. In my position as Membership & Marketing Coordinator, I quickly found the value in these networking events. I was able to meet so many incredible people, learn all about their businesses and see the strength of the business community.
It's through networking that you will build recognition, reputation and a large referral network. Building relationships with other business professionals in the Yuba-Sutter area offers incredible long-term value.
In 2022, the Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce hosted 74 networking events, bringing 1,350 Yuba-Sutter business owners and professionals together to create community and opportunity.
