The Board of Directors of the Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce intends to fill the vacancies by appointment at the Regular Board of Directors' meeting on:

Any person or representative of a person or entity who is a regular member of the Yuba-Sutter Chamber of Commerce in good standing shall be qualified to serve on the Board of Directors.
