Our vision is that all Yuba County children are healthy and thriving in safe and nurturing family environments and ready to succeed in their educational experiences. 

We achieve this by strategically supporting the use of community resources and services to enhance the development and well-being of children 0 through 5 and their families. Our programs support early learning opportunities, school readiness programs, playgroups, family health and wellness resources, and a variety of programs and activities to build resilient families.
