HNYC, LLC is a partnership of Hilbers Inc and the Noyan Company. we are a partnership developing the Feather River Mils Project in Yuba City at Bridge and Shasta Streets. It is a 7.5-acre development that will include a Holiday Inn Express and other service-related tenants.
